Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. Provide qualified personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, test instrumentation, data collection and analysis, hardware and software, and other services to support the Department of the Navy in the execution of its overall organizational functions and the specific missions of the individual activities and ordering offices. This includes services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the DON ordering activities.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) – Special Operations Equipment (SOE)
The DLA TLS SOE program provides a fast, flexible procurement pathway for Special Operations Equipment, including C5ISR, IT hardware and software, and incidental services. With a $33 billion ceiling and a 10-year performance period (2021–2031), TLS SOE enables all DoD and Federal agencies to rapidly acquire mission-critical products without justification and approval requirements. The contract supports all classification levels, promotes USA-made items compliant with Berry Amendment and Buy American Act, and offers streamlined funding via MIPR or MILSTRIP with no penalties for RFQ cancellations or modifications.
